You can place your request for a reservation with us online. Your request will be answered promptly by one of our executives.  Please check your inbox to make sure that our reply did not end up in your unwanted email box, trapped by your provider's spam filter.  Or if you prefer, you can place your reservation via phone at (58-295) 261-6666 or 261-6766 and ask for our Sales and Reservations Department. 

If you place your request via email, we will process your reservation and send you back a confirmation along with a locator number and a voucher you can print and bring with you the day you check in.  Please make your deposit to our bank account as per the instructions on your confirmation email in order to secure your reservation.  We cannot guarantee reservations unless fully paid for.
